He resides in Agoura Hills, California, and is married to Andrea Collins and is the father of Cameron and Corinne.
During my seven year professional career, I had a career batting average of .314 with 234 stolen bases. In college, I broke the California State Junior College record for stolen bases in a season with 52 stolen in 38 games in 1986. I also had a ton of success at the Division I level, being voted to the Honorable Mention All-American team, 1st Team All-Midwest, and 1st Team All-Big Eight in 1989. Sounds good, but the road was tough and very trying at times. There were many peaks and valleys. Through my valleys as a player, I gained a ton of wisdom and it is my passion that your young ballplayers get that wisdom and know-how they need to be the best they can be. Just look at the peaks and valleys represented in my professional career stats and you will see why I am so passionate about helping kids be the best they can be.
Coaching Experience

One of my greatest baseball highlights was coaching these young ballplayers to the 2004 Texas Association of Private and Parochial School's (TAPPS) State Baseball Championship. Three of these young men signed early in November and received Division I college baseball scholarships. I was the Head Coach at the Brook Hill School for eight years with a Varsity record of 121 wins and 33 losses.
